Helen Street Home Addition

Wow!  What a great house. It’s tucked away in the trees of the Arboretum neighborhood. 

The clients wanted to stay in their beloved home, but their family was growing and the two bedroom, 1500 square foot house didn’t have enough space to add a third bedroom. 

Well, as we do almost every day, we designed a perfect addition to accommodate the third bedroom, as well as a laundry room and an amazing family room. 

We added so many subtle features such as a powder room, covered porch, new hall bath and so much more.  The family couldn’t be more pleased!
